Project Description

With this investment project, Advantis aims to start a new stage in its internationalization process, focusing on new, more sophisticated markets (which recognize and value their value proposition) and greater control over distribution channels (through an appropriate and differentiated by the recipient)

This investment project consists of the implementation of the promotion, communication and international prospect plan that Advantis has outlined for the coming years, which includes a diverse set of actions and initiatives, including:

  • acquisition of critical knowledge about the target markets
  • prospecting trips and reverse missions bet on digital marketing
  • development of new promotional materials
  • hiring specialized technical staff in the fields of internationalization
  • reinforcement of management skills

Advantis intends with the execution of this investment project to achieve the following objectives:

  • Increase Turnover
  • Grow the weight of direct exports in the Global Turnover
  • Realize / Increase sales in priority markets
  • Increase dominance over international distribution channels
